Returns:
While customer satisfaction is important to us at Pure Pleasure, due to the nature of our products, we cannot allow returns on most of our inventory. We strive to only offer high quality products, but realize that even the most prestigious materials may come with the occasional defect.
Regarding online purchases, we  do not offer returns on any of our products.
For products purchased in our store, we allow returns on any item found defective by our staff within 2 days of the purchase date for store credit only.
