While customer satisfaction is important to us at Pure Pleasure, due to the nature of our products, we cannot allow returns unless an item has been found defective. We strive to only offer high quality products. Many of our products are backed with warranties from the manufacturer.
For products purchased at purepleasureshop.com all sales are final unless an item is found defective within 30 days of the purchase date - for exchange or store credit only. Please email us at shop@purepleasureshop.com if you find your item to be defective. We will issue you a return label and then once we receive it, we will test it and issue you a credit should we find it to be defective.
