Brought to you by Sara Silberstang of Mind Body Mixers. Build confidence and strength - inside and out - in this playful yet empowering 50-minute sexy vinyasa class. Costumes, lingerie, nighties, booty shorts, hot yoga pants - come dressed in your sexiest outfit that makes you feel empowered. As long as you are wearing something more than your birthday suit, we invite you to tune in and show up in anything that makes you feel HOT. This class will be held in sensual dimmed lighting with candles to set the scene. Join us in this celebration of ALL bodies. Open to all genders. 

But wait, there's more! Stick around after class for happy hour where we will be offering a complimentary glass of wine for you to sip on as you relax, mingle, and perhaps make new like-minded friends. About Mind Body Mixers:

What is a Mindful Mixer?
We are bringing individuals together for mindful activities including yoga, boot camp, HIIT, meditation, hiking, and more, followed by a happy hour with light snacks and libations. If yoga isn't typically your jam, don't worry! Our classes combine strength, stability, functional cardio, and stretching to the beats of non-yoga music. If it's your first yoga rodeo, I have full faith you'll leave with a new sense of what yoga means...and with a nice buzz. 

What's Vinyasa Yoga? 
A faster paced yoga class that focuses on proper alignment of shapes while incorporating breath with movement. As we progress and build on shapes, you'll increase flexibility and strength, improve musculare indurance and blood flow, decrease stress and pain, all while having fun and breaking a sweat! 

What if I'm not a "yoga" person?
Come for the yoga, come for the wine, and come for the new friends! Each class caters to all levels, genders and sizes with options for beginner, intermediate and advanced yogis! The only prerequisite you need is your breath. 

What do I need to bring?
Bring a yoga mat (we will have a couple extras, but ask us to save one for you)! Optional: towel, water.
